Dr Chow, Chairman of AICFC, represented to sign contract of key cooperative projects with Harbin officials (subprovincial city and capital of Heilongjiang province), in January 2018 in Shenzhen Wuzhong Hotel. 

Guests and vistors comes from different provinces such as Harbin, Heilongjiang, Guangdong and Shenzhen.  More business and cultural exchanges with key organizations in Heilongjiang will be started from the second quarter of the year 2018.
